        • Challenge:
        • Create a business from a client’s idea, including business modelling, technical development, marketing, systems and process set up and staff recruitment
        • Create a working prototype which can be taken to market to prove concept and enable investment from venture capitalists
        • Solution:
        • User research : To understand needs and motivations of audience and to test prototypes and iterations if the service.
        • Technical development : Developed specifications from user research, built a development team and project managed the specification and build process
        • Marketing: Based on user research developed a name and brand along with a detailed marketing strategy and plan. Implemented social media, direct sales and advertising campaigns for the launch
        • Results:
        • Successfully developed and launched buzzumi inside Facebook (facebook.buzuzumi.com) with 3,000 installs after two months
        • Developed a team and infrastructure capable of operating independently of Blue Latitude
        • Significant investment opportunities currently in negotiation
