Select your Page • Select your page where you want to ask a question. • The action will apply to the Page youre logged in as, so if youd like to add Questions to multiple Pages, repeat step one and two for the specific Page in question.
How to Create a Poll Step 1 – Go to your Facebook Page Step 2 – Go to the Status Update box Step 3 – Click on the Offer, Event + tab Step 4 – Click the Question tab in the drop down menu Write your question and Add Poll Options if you want.
Add Poll Options and Poll Options Setting Add Options, And check the box if you want others to add more options. Uncheck the box if you don’t want others to add options. Click “Post” and then it will publish on your Fan Page feed.
Great! It’s done. In this version people can add options and can check multiple options. In this version people can’t add options and they can only check one option.
Editing your PollYou can edit or delete a poll. Click on the poll question if you want to EditOptions or Delete your poll.(Only ‘Allow anyone to add options’ in slide 6 poll allows you to edit your poll)
How to Remove Option• Click ‘x’ if you want to remove any option.• In the comment box you can also tag people if you want to ask the questionfrom them specifically.
How to Tag Friends Write ‘@’ and your friends name in Facebook will appear. They will get a notification when you have tagged them. Tag your friends and encourage them to vote. Remember: Try not to be too spammy when asking people to vote.
Things to Remember• You must add the application to your personal profile before you canmanipulate it on your Fan Page.• Do not to leave open questions (add an option), because then people willprobably add undesirable options or they will check all the options.
Encouraging people to vote• Invite friends directly.• Put a closing date on it - give a sense of urgency by giving it an ending datelike: "Vote by the end of the month!"
