    It has its advantages and disadvantages. While in the wrong hands it can be devastating, if handled responsibly can provide you with a lower payment than a 30 yr fixed.

    Actually its a crime to spell like you do and I’m sure you don’t know how to manage your finances either. Just how deep in debt are you? If you had this mortgage and were on my financial plan you would be on the road to riches instead of having your head in the sand.
