We’ve learned a lot about how adults learn best in the workplace, and we’ve learned a lot about the human brain science related to learning and memory. All of this research, coupled with technology and current behaviors all point in one direction – short form video! It’s the YouTube generation, and YouTube styled, short-form video actually works best – from a scientific perspective – for employee training and learning. In this session, we’ll make the business case for short-form video as a component of employee training programs and give you some tips for incorporating short-form video into your current program.
