Assistant Naval Inspector General for Investment Oversight: Principal advisor for oversight
and audit of financial policy and programs, with demonstrated expertise in the areas of contract
management/oversight, acquisition, logistics support, procurement, and supply chain/inventory
management. Regularly reviewed and advised on the efficiency and effectiveness of Department
contract management, financial reporting, procurement and budget execution for more than $100
billion in Department of Navy appropriated funding.
Provided high-level assessments on policy, budget program execution, budget process efficiency,
and proper budget performance to the highest levels of Department of the Navy leadership.
Regularly review and advise on contracts, financial reports, anti-deficiency act measures, and
budget exhibits for accuracy involving more than $100B in Department of the Navy Total
Obligational Authority (TOA).
Navy International Programs Office (2007-2011)
Director, Logistics Division: Facilitator and problem-solver in providing sustained life cycle
