I also won Assistant Manager of the Year . </li></ul><ul><li>The enthusiasm and energy I brought to the sales floor was felt by shoppers and my sales teams alike. During the 3 years I owned and operated the franchise we grossed just shy of $100m in sales. I operated an Escrow Company a finance company under the same roof as well. </li></ul><ul><li>I developed and sold 13 custom homes, mostly scrapes, selling from $1m to $4m. We also retrofitted several Income Property’s. I have developed very nice formula that doubles GSI (Gross Scheduled Income) </li></ul>

Delivering news papers for the Chicago Sun Times in the early morning snow and cold from 3 rd grade thru High School with motor routes when I turned 16 : I Won my First BIG trip selling subscriptions in 5 th Grade to the Snake River, there after won trips to Hawaii, the Rose Bowl & Disney Land, 6 flags St. Louis and more. </li></ul><ul><li>Cut Sales Teeth w/Door to Door Sales as a youth establishing discipline… SALES IS A CONTACT SPORT! Lesson learned well: Knock on 100 number of Doors per day and average 10 number of closed subscriptions. I SOLD over 3000 Newspaper Contract from 3 rd grade to Senior year </li></ul>
