    Bevindingen Grote groep geschikt. 89% verwijzingen: bewegingsapparaat, overgewicht, DM, hart-en vaatziekten en psychische klachten 70% vrouwen, 30% mannen Leeftijd tussen 6 en 87 jaar Na een jaar is nog 84% meer in beweging dan bij aanvang Afname huisartsconsult: 20% Effecten op deelnemers 54% voelt zich gezonder 56% van de rokers is gestopt of geminderd 75% houdt sociale contacten over aan programma 53% is 2 kilo of meer kwijt 11% is zwaarder (Onderzoek: van Wieringen&Thomas, 2006)
