Here is a case that shows the "growing pains" at USCIS at NSC. Someone obviously needs further training. An adjudicator made silly procedural errors and then compounded that with a further technical/procedural error. Some adjudicator needs further training and so does any supervisor who reviewed the underlying decisions in this case.

It involves the correct steps required to revoke a previously approved visa petition. This case has been grossly mishandled. It is unclear IF the underlying decision is good or bad because the adjudicator has not actually received any substantive response or "rebuttal" regarding the qualifications of the beneficiary to work as a financial analyst for the fashion diamond jewelry company. It looks like somebody needs some training and closer supervision at the Nebraska Service Center.
