QR codes provide immediately, easy mobile access in a non-intrusive manner.• Our use of marketing with QR codes allows anyone to scan the code and obtain all the information they need without having to navigate an entire website or search a national portal. This is mobile access at its best—taking clients directly to the listing about which they are inquiring. Placing these QR codes on our sign riders, flyers, marketing materials, and advertisements provides full-spectrum usage of the latest instant real estate technology. But even more importantly, our use of digital marketing and advertising with QR codes via email, web pages, virtual flyers, and mobile files is the most green option!• For each listing, we create an individual sub-domain address—which is like each property having its own mini website. The QR code then created for the listing goes directly to this sub-domain on any Smartphone, showing all photos, property details, agent contact information, and virtual media. There market is already utilizing this great technology of QR Codes and mobile check in’s for events and listings. Buyers & Sellers expect it because they know they want their prospects to have an easier way to obtain information, while the agents love it because their contact information is loaded onto that prospects phone and they can obtain the results on who, where and how many people have scanned their QR Codes & Checked In at said locations. Imagine knowing the percentage of female to male ratio, mobile device carrier and age all from a updated controlled application that is non intrusive in getting your message out.
