    Substation Automation System Commissioning Engineer <br /> Responsibilities:<br />
    • Set up system at site, point to point test from Bay Level, system tests according to Approved Test Forms and ITPs.

    • 7. Carry out closed loop tests from Substation to SCADA. 
    • 8. IED Configuration changes at site in case of changes required in the IED Configurations. 
    • 9. Planning of site SAS testing & commissioning schedule
    • 10. Competent in IEC61850 / IEC 101/IEC104 protocols, Power System Protection ,RTU and SCADA Systems, Relay Configuration Tools from ABB, Siemens and Alstom.
    • 11. Able to work on Windows Server/XP/Windows 7, C++, OPC Server/Client, Visual Basic, and Ethernet/ Switches/Time Servers .
    Testing and Commissioning Engineer - Power Systems <br /> Responsibilities:<br />
    • Carry out testing and commissioning according to specification, schedules and ABB standards.
    • 12. Preparation of testing procedures and test plans as well as site testing and commissioning work.
    • 13. Handle test equipment as per Q76 and make two weeks “rolling” time schedules of testing and commissioning..
    • 14. Follow up testing and commissioning work and report the progress. And collect all the necessary documents.
    • 15. Preparation of site procedures, test forms and test plans, also prepare and distribute the non-conformance report.
    Design Engineer – HV Substation <br /> Responsibilities:<br />
    • Prepare Base Design and Detailed Design
    • 16. Prepare Bill of Materials and production documents
    • 17. Prepare schematic & fabrication drawing, wiring tables, etc., and obtain approval for drawings submitted.
    • 18. Co-ordinate with other project functions and provide technical support to project managers

    QC <br />QC Engineer – Projects <br /> Responsibilities:<br />Monitor all construction activities which can affect the quality of job.<br />Verify execution of construction activities according to approved drawings and applicable project specifications<br />Coordinate with ABB Site Engineer, responsible to attend scheduled inspections & comply with the comments issued by Employer’s Engineer. Inform ABB Site engineer for any dispute or difference of opinion with Employer’s Engineer for further clarification.<br />Verify, inform & advise to ABB site engineer for any job defect / deficiency, in order to initiate the required preventive or corrective actions.<br />Review and submit regularly all 3rd party laboratory inspection reports to ABB site engineer, issuance of non-conformance reports in conjunction with the site manager.<br />Inform ABB site engineer of any site modification/change for implementation of "mark-up" drawing as it is recommended on ABB Quality Plan.<br />Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations.<br />Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are of current status and comply with the site’s health and safety regulations.<br /> Chief Commissioning Engineer <br /> Responsibilities:<br />
    • Installation and Commissioning of UMUX1500/1200 at SEC Sites 7070 SDH MUX, TNMS Core next generation R11.4.310, SDH 7300 DWDM, Line amplifiers, Boosters, SQL servers ,VPN Routers LAN switches, NSN 7300 DWDM MUX, KEYMILE UMUX1500/UMUX1200, NSN 7070 SDH MUX, NSN STM-64 Transmission links, UCSTR8B , UCST R8C installation and configuration skills for testing access MUX
    • 20. Configuration & testing of .NET Server, TNMS Client in SEC SDH node sites, TNMS Core R 11.01, 11.1.5, 11.3, and testing 11.4.310, KEYMILE UMUX1500/UMUX1200 as access MUX and its integration to SDH MUX, BSHR, Switching Fabric cards testing in 7070 SDH NSN MUX, Ethernet cards STM-16, STM64 testing using MTS8000, ANT5, VPN Router, LAN Switches, Fibre Modems, NCP , MSP , MS-SPRING

    • 29. Designing and generating the initial base design drawings, e.g., General Arrangement (showing front and top view, foundation layout, overall dimension etc.), Single line diagram, Three Line diagram and Apparatus List.
    • 30. Design and generating the detail engineering drawings with control schematic diagrams, ordering materials, preparation of bill of materials and wiring table.
    • 31. Preparation of production and quality testing documents, review of sub-suppliers’ documentations and progress reporting.
    • 32. Support for local manufacturing wherever applicable.
    • 33. Preparation of all documents including as-built drawing for projects and discussions with clients, obtaining approval for drawings submitted, etc.
    Site Safety Officer – OHS <br /> Responsibilities:<br />
    • Site Safety Engineer is responsible for providing health and safety advice and guidance to site manager project manager, employees and others

    • 35. Identify trends in incident data and propose suitable interventions

    • 39. Gain full awareness and knowledge about the LV products dealt with relevant information needed in the preparation of LV Equipment proposals.

    Field Service Engineer – LP <br /> Responsibilities:<br />
    • Provide field service engineering and technical assistance to customers in testing and commissioning, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training and modification of low voltage equipment and systems.
    • 41. Manage projects for electrical equipment, including electrical test and diagnostic equipment such as circuit breakers, switchgear, protective relays, motor control centers, low voltage control, automatic transfer scheme and PLC.
    • 42. Deliver technical solutions to customers with a high degree of professionalism. Performs conventional, engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with ability to be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions.
    • 43. Troubleshoot Low Voltage electrical equipment and servicing low voltage circuit breakers, soft-starters, variable frequency drives, control system based on PLC.

    Field Service Engineer – Protection <br /> Responsibilities:<br />
    • Carry out testing and commissioning according to specification, schedules and ABB Standards.
    • 47. Responsible that each test be recorded and signed by customer. Handle test equipment properly, prepare and distribute non-conformance report.
    • 48. Prepare site procedures, test forms, test plans. Collect all necessary documents.
    • 49. Remark changes / modifications in commissioning copy (for as built).
    • 50. Attend meetings with customer together with project manager as needed.
