      • TO DO
    • Write down your Goals and put a target date
    • (only 3% people in the world write their goals and all of them achieve those)
  • 5. Only way to realize your dreams ….

  • 7. Can You eat an ELEPHANT?
    • YES!
    • But how?
  • 8. How to eat an ELEPHANT?
    • Cut it into pieces and eat one piece at a time!
    • Same applies to your LIFE TIME Goals ,
    • Break-up your life-time goals into long-term, medium-term, short-term, annual, monthly, weekly and daily goals.
    • Just move one step towards your goal everyday.
  • 9. TIME is LIFE
    • TIME is the only commodity
    • what both RICH and POOR get in equal quantity…
    • The only difference between RICH and POOR is its utilization.
  • 10. TIME is Money
    • Everyday if You get Rs.86,400/- how will you use this money? Certainly you will plan for it.
    • We get 86400 seconds everyday.
    • The only difference between SUCCESS and FAILURE is its utilization.
  • 11. TIME MANAGEMENT
    • Plan your day, week, month, year, decade and Life (assuming it to be for average 60 years)
    • First thing first. Block your time for the most important things and in descending order according to the importance.
    • Highly successful people have their time-plan always ready with them for months ahead
  • 12. Develop the essential habit of punctuality for it is most important for high success. Punctuality reflects discipline and proper regard for others. Without it, even the most sophisticated person appears slightly offensive.

    • Sleep before midnight doubles the relaxation than the one after the midnight.
    • One sleep cycle is completed in 90 minutes
    • 3-4 sleep cycles are sufficient to rejuvenate the body and mind
    • Scientific studies state that people who sleep 6 hours live longer than the ones who sleep 8 hours
    • TOP most successful people in the world sleep only 4 to 6 hours / day
  • 16. Sound Sleep
    • Sleeping with head towards south and feet towards north direction is supposed to be most beneficial due to natural magnetic properties of earth
    • Before going to bed wash your face, hands and feet and give a gentle massage to your scalp with a hair brush/comb.
    • “ Bhramari ” (humming sound) pranayam helps in sound sleeping
    • Offer prayers and thank God for his kindness before going to sleep.
  • 17.
    • The most efficient and effective alarm clock ever developed lies within our own minds. Try the following:
    • Sit in an easy chair ten minutes before you go to bed.
    • Shut your eyes & gently rest your hands on your knees. Breathe deeply for a few minutes.
    • Repeat this 20 times: “I will awake at 5 a.m. feeling fresh, alert and enthusiastic”.
    • Visualise yourself waking up at the desired time and imagine how great you will feel.
    • You will soon start waking up at the desired moment after a little practice.
    Your Biological Clock
  • 18. Early to rise… Healthy, Wealthy & Wise
    • Our ancient books recommend that one should wake up around ONE and a HALF hour before the Sunrise
    • When you wake-up don’t sit or stand up immediately, while lying in the same position just press the centre of your forearm with your left thumb and massage it for 30 seconds in clock-wise direction.
    • According to Chinese acupressure theory, it is the energy center of body and this exercise helps you remain energetic for the whole day.
    • Sit down, remember God, thank him and rub your palms together to generate some heat and gently massage your face with warm hands.
  • 19.
    • Water is the most important constituent of human body, and is a powerful natural antioxidant & cleansing agent. Ideal for a normal adult: 12 glasses/day
    • You must start your day by drinking water as much as you can. To develop a habit start with 1 glass and gradually increase.
    • It is said that the excess of everything is bad except oral intake of pure water (unless advised otherwise by your doctor due to certain medical conditions)

    Mother Nature
  • 25.
    • Laugh for 5 minutes in the mirror each morning. It’s a good yoga exercise as laughter activates many beneficial chemicals within the body that place us into a very joyous state.
    • Laughter also returns the body to a state of balance.
    • A 4 year old laughs 500 times a day while the average adult is lucky to laugh 15 times a day.
    Laughter – The Best Medicine

    FAMILY BOND
  • 29. If you are married, become your spouse’s number one supporter, the one who is always there supporting and fueling hopes and dreams. Develop together and march confidently through the world as an army of two. BE A BETTER BETTER-HALF
  • 30.
    • To enhance your concentration and power of FOCUS , count your steps when you walk. This is a particularly strong technique as most of us allow our mind to be filled with mental chatter
    • All peak performers appreciate the power of a quiet clear mind, which will concentrate steadily on all important tasks
    STAY FOCUSED
  • 31.
    • Enhance your will-power. You must first exercise it and then push before it gets stronger.
    • When you are hungry, wait another hour before your meal. When you are laboring over a difficult task and your mind is prompting you to pick up the latest magazine for a break , curb the impulse. Soon you will be able to sit for hours in a precisely concentrated state.
    • Newton had a remarkable ability to sit quietly and think without interruption for a very long period of time. If he could develop this, so can you.
    ‘ WILL-NOT’ POWER
  • 32. Each day, do two things that you do not like doing. This may be the preparation of a report you have been putting off or shining your shoes. It does not matter how small the task, just do it! Your personal power will increase and your productivity will soar. Will Power
  • 33. Be careful about your reputation. Never do anything you wouldn’t be proud to tell your parents or your children. Have fun always but temper it with common sense and prudence.
  • 34. A contented mind is a continual feast. Greed and material desires must be curbed to achieve lasting happiness and serenity. Be happy with what you have. True Happiness is always in the mind
  • 35. Each day, get away from the noise, the crowds & the rush and spend some time alone in peaceful introspection, analysing your progress towards your goals THE TRUE YOU
  • 36. Empty your ego-cup. A full cup cannot accept anything more. Similarly, a person who believes that he knows everything cannot learn anything. He will stagnate quickly and not move to higher levels. Even the teachers have teachers. Continuous learning is thus a very important aspect of personal growth. Be Teachable
  • 37. Always remember the key principle that the quality of your life is the quality of your communication - with others and more, importantly with yourself. Give to others only what you expect from others. Your words create your world
  • 38. Never argue with anybody – you will lose more than just the argument. Show your agreement with the person and use “Feel, Felt, Found” principle.
  • 39. Read positive books for at least 15-30 minutes a day. Do not take personal development books as gospel. Read them and take whatever useful ideas you need. Some people feel they must do everything suggested and take the techniques to extremes. Every book has at least one tool or strategy of benefit. Applied Knowledge
  • 40. Visit second-hand bookstores every few months searching for lost treasures of character-building books. You will find gems on public speaking, improving your habits, time management, personal health and other important subjects for low prices.
  • 41. US Ex President Bill Clinton read more than 300 books during his short time at Oxford University. Some top performers read a book a day. The more you know, the less you fear. Readers are leaders
  • 42. Read the biographies of the world’s leaders and learn from their habits, inspirations and philosophies. Cultivate the important practice of active role-modeling. Learn the secrets of success
  • 43. Keep well-informed about current events , the latest books and popular trends. Many peak performers read five or six papers a day. You don’t have to read every story of every paper. Know what to focus on. Knowledge gives you Confidence
  • 44. When you cannot make up your mind which of two evenly balanced courses of action you should take - choose the bolder, said WJ Slim. Take chances, take smart risks and you will meet with success beyond your dreams. Take Calculated Risks
  • 45.
    • You sow a thought, you reap an action .
    • You sow an action , you reap a habit .
    • You sow a habit , you reap a character .
    • You sow a character , you reap a destiny .
    • The essence of a person is his character - make yours unique, unblemished and strong.
    • Do not say you will do anything unless you will indeed do it.
    • Speak the truth and measure your words wisely.
    • Be humble, straightforward and peaceful.
  • 46. Winners do the things that common people don’t like doing even though they also might not enjoy doing them. This is what strength of character and courage is all about. Make the difference
  • 47. All individuals who have attained the highest of levels generally have cultivated the essential mental habit of optimism. Without optimism, life loses its lustre and hardships appear at every step. B (+VE)
  • 48.
    • As we can take nothing with us when we leave, repeat this mantra every morning:
      • I will serve others today
      • I will care for others today
      • I will do at least one good deed today
    • This kind of living will bring you huge returns if you stick to the mission of helping others rather than on the outcome of personal gain.
A Promise of a GOOD DEED everyday
  • 49. Pick the relationships that you desire to improve over the next six months. Write out the names of these people and under each name detail why you want to improve the relationship, how you plan to do so and in what time frame. This is simply another facet of goal setting. Relationship Building
  • 50. Be known as someone with a cool head, warm heart and great character. Your presence on this earth will long be remembered. Anger eats away your intellect
  • 51. Personality Vs Success
    • Your Success is directly proportional to your Personality
    • You improve your personality, success will follow automatically
    • Personality = ( Attitude x Knowledge x Skills )
  • 52. Key to Success
    • Success = ( Personality x Hard work ) + Destiny
    • Assuming that the Destiny cannot be changed and is constant, your success depends on YOUR Attitude, knowledge, skills & hard work
  • 53. Want to Change the world
    • First step is to change yourself
    • If you keep on doing the same thing, how can you expect different results
    • Change the input – output will change automatically
  • 54.
  • 55. Are You really serious?
    • View this presentation every morning for next 21 days
    • After 21 days, view it at least once a week for next 3 months
    • After 3 months, view it at least once a month for next 3 years
    • If you follow this and practice these principles , I take personal guarantee that you will become a positive and highly successful person
  • 56. May GOD help YOU in achieving your Goals. And remember, GOD helps those who help themselves.
