Small businesses often inadvertently fall into the trap of spamming with well intentioned e-mails. This deck tries to educate with a bit of humour thrown in.
It is however a very serious topic, not only are the returns diminished when not acting according to industry standards and the law, the most important thing - your reputation - can be severely damaged.
In this slideshow the pitfalls of e-mail marketing are touched on, the most common errors, and how not to look like a spammer with a handful of must do techniques to avoid turning into a spammer and sending e-mail that is against the law.
I hope you find it interesting and/or entertaining, if you do, please share and leave a comment :)
