    Teaching and Learning:
    CMS shows an overall decline in this area. We have declined since 2007; however there was some growth from 2008-2009 to the 2009-2010 academic school year.

    Educator Preparation and Development:
    CMS has been relatively strong in reference to our classification, however we have declined since the 2007- 2008 school year.

    Leadership, Administration, and Instructional Support:
    CMS continues to consistently decline moving from advanced to developing in one year, yet made a small improvement from 2008- 2009 to 2009-2010.

    Infrastructure for Technology:
    CMS has had a steady decline since 2007.

    Overall
    CMS has had a an overall DECLINE in each of the 4 evaluated categories since 2007.
