In this presentation for the Integrated Marketing Week NY event, CEO of BestBuzz, Carrie Layne, shows the IMW attendees how to use technology to create powerful connections and experiences for their customers. Using a variety of random mobile entry points as a demonstration, Layne wowed the audience by turning objects into mobile conversations. In one example, she had the audience scan Seth Godin's V is for Vulerable book cover with the BestBuzz app, which created an experience for them to win a free autographed copy of Godin's newest book.

BestBuzz is an integrated mobile and social marketing solution that helps brands make connections, start conversations, and enhance the customer experience along the path-to-purchase.

The patent-pending BestBuzz technology connects the physical and digital worlds through mobile entry points (MEP), which are all managed and tracked through a single dashboard.

Mobile entry points can include SMS text, QR codes, NFC, UPC barcodes, Image Recognition, and Geofence technology, which can lead to a mobile app, mobile web, mobile video, mobile purchase, augmented reality, sweepstakes, promotion, or other mobile-friendly experience for the customer.

The BestBuzz technology is fully integrated with social media networks, so partners can also present exclusive rewards for customers that want to share the experience with their friends.
