The New Technical Services: How We Have Changed • Less Print & More Digital Means: – Tech services staff now manage digital resources – Less time spent on physical processing including labeling, routing, checking in materials, and shelving – Need new skills to deal with sophisticated ILS functions – Current awareness, RSS feeds Presented by Bess Reynolds
