Strong Post-Production Support Oracle Support quality of analysts vary widely Study gave a good view of Upgrade Quality of Patches varies widely – test on Automated Source Control Deployment Patch System before installing on any other Strong Planning system Spreadsheets Tracking Customization Progress Oracle has moved away from one-off patches. Be prepared to apply very large patches Spreadsheet Tracking Testing Progress Check all Database Parameters and Sizing Identified Oracle Payments as significant upgrade task Careful Simulation of Month End Close and Cutover Strong Documentation in Setup and Deployment Great Business Team willing to work extra hours for UAT
