Spa MY BLEND by Clarins – Royal Monceau Paris  Spa located in the Royal Monceau hotel ***** (37 avenue Hoche in Paris).  Superficy: 1500 square meters  The biggest swimming pool for Paris’ Palace (23 square meters)  Opening schedule: From  Monday to Saturday (8.0022.00)  Rate: Between 190€ - 250€ for 1 hour for treatments & 50€ more  To have unlimited access to swimming pool, sauna, hammam & laconium
  3. 3. TARGETING  Guests of the Royal Monceau Hotel (70%     of international customers) Come from to the big cities Woman between 35-60 years old Travelers Business men (35-55 years old) High social professional category with good income

Local – GEOLOCALIZATION  Partnership with two shops: Marionnaud (104 avenue des Champs Elysées ) and DrugStore Champs Elysées: -> When any customers enter in these shop, they will receive a “push notification” on their smartphone that offers the possibility to have promotions on Clarins product and Spa in the Royal Monceau, located next the Champs Elysées. -> They will receive as well a push notification that gives the possibility to participate to a contests, and then to win promotion for the Spa or Clarins article.
  5. 5. Local - ADVERTISING  Advertising in specialized magazine (ELLE; Marie-Claire) with the help of QR codes. Clients can scan the code and than to be directly informed of the Spa Clarins promotion - > -30% for the users of the QR code  QR code in the free Parisians newspaper such as Metro or 20 minutes. That allow to target a local customer which is still too low for the Spa. It permits as well to increase local visibility and create the buzz.  Presence of a QR code in all Parisians Clarins retailers as Drugstores, Parisians Department Store (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, BHV, Le Bon Marché,…).

It allows to have access to: Loyalty cards; Present cards; Boarding pass; Promotion coupon; Member cards for the unlimited access to Spa  Reduction program in Foursquare (Reduction platform), which is allow to reward the loyalty of the best Spa clients
  8. 8. Social – APPLICATION & SOCIAL NETWORK  To share promotion on Facebook of Clarins and Royal Monceau  To tweet the winner of the contests  The winner can give his feedbacks on lounge up application  The client can share his picture of the Spa with pinterest
