§ BallID is an internetplatform where customers are
able to design their personalized balls for nearly
every kind of sport
§ In the first step they can choose the color
§ The next step enables to print any kind of picture or
design on it
§ It’s also possible to share Designs with the BallID
community, in Case some users like to have designs
from others on their balls
5. TARGET AUDIENCE
§ The target audience is nearly everyone who likes sports
§ Even people who are not doing any kind of sport are part of
our target audience
§ People who like to design or just want another personalized
item in their lives
§ The target audience isn’t even limited to age
7. LOCATION
§ As the location of production we decided to source the
manufacture of our balls out to India
§ The headquarter is going to be in Munich, because it’s a city
which focuses on sports very strongly
§ The Items are going to be sold by the Internet
§ The best case would be an office next to a sport association
to get our first customers
9. DESCRIPTION OF THE
WORKPLACE
§ We need offices, located in munich with computers and
servers for the internetplatform
§ Further we need a chillout area, where we have meetings
and think about new ideas (orientated on Googles concept)
11. COST ANALYSIS
§ start up costs : 70 000 Euros for Computers,
Displays, software and Servers
§ fixed costs(monthly): rent for our offices is 3000
Euros, Employees and Webdesigners need about
10 000 Euros (high local wage)
12. GOAL FOR SALES
In average it takes about 5€ to produce one Ball in India
One Ball is going to be sold for 55€ on our Platform
We need to sell 260 Balls per month
There are no days of shut down in the Internet, so we can sell
30 days per month. We need to sell about 9 balls per day to be
successful with out project.

18. SWOT-ANALYSIS
STRENGHTS: good salary, there isn’t a lot of competition and
it is great for people who like sports.
WEAKNESSES: expenses(rent) , online problems and no
experience.
OPPORTUNITIES: growing company and meeting with other
business people
THREATS: No customers, to less money vor advertisement
19. SWOT- ANALYSIS
§ The best financial situation for BallID would a
partnership so liability is unlimited as we are the
owners. But it is easier to take a loan from the bank.
§ We also have the possibility to collect money from
investors who are willing to lend us money and that
their liability is limited to the amount of capital that
they are willing to give.

§ It‘s a new trend to offer personalized products in the
Internet

products as we do
