  • Hi Martin, Alan forwarded me the link. this is a great slide share well done. we are taking www.tech-fest.co.uk on line this year and this will be a useful reference point for those involved. I agree with every point and if I can add one? I often find that many organisations don't realise that online is a very, very different product. you have to price it differently, promote it differently and place it in a difference space. Treat is as a new product and associate the risks with a new product. Treat it very differently and you increase your chance of success.
