Growing up as a heavy child led me to believe that some people were just born fit and others just weren’t so lucky. I didn’t ink it was possible for me to reprogram my metabolism and lose weight until I gave it a try after having my son. I maxed out at 260 pounds wearing size 18! It was a miserable time of my life. I thought about how my son would grow up and the limitations I was putting on my own life. That is when I decided to change my life around. I embraced working on my mind, body, and soul and becoming the woman I really knew that I wanted to be. I got a gym membership and begin changing my diet.
