  3. 3. <ul><li>By understanding and catering to the holiday shopper this season and researching what your competitors are doing, you can truly prepare your online store to have a successful November and December sales months </li></ul><ul><li>Are you as an online retailer offering these promotions to remain competitive? </li></ul>

Shipping <ul><li>Offer free shipping – customers simply expect it </li></ul><ul><li>If you are unable to offer free shipping on all purchases, provide free shipping to customers that purchase a certain dollar amount </li></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>ie.
