    Passionate people: giving their personal time: working long hours, taking time to do it right, working with an building the community Collection of tech: Gecko, layout, content, GFx, GUI, Alsotesting tools, performance tools,etc

    Point out haw these things allow for a wide variety of skills: writing, analysis, etc. Not just coding! Talk about why people do this!

    Talk about the variety of skills that can be applied – people oriented, graphics oriented, like doing videos, analytical . Any job in the software industry has a job in the Mozilla Community
