Businesses started to Enterprise 2.0 the world.

Or Social Business Design the world.

Businesses centered their design around users.

Collaboration! Wiki! Co-Creation! Co-Working! Social Computing! Connected Workforce! Content Economy! Virtual Teams! Platforms! Technologies! Adoption! Innovation! Revolution!

Ok, let’s step back.

Truth #1: We’re living in a post-consumption economy.

For a long time to come.

Truth #2: We pushed efficiencies as far as we could.

Real ROI doesn’t come from pushing humans into becoming more efficient. Real ROI comes from investing in new collaboration and co-creation systems.

Truth #3: Humans are not androids.

Our obsession with the left brain has led us to this moment in time. Merging left and right brain will lead us out of it.

Truth #4: Humans are social primates.
