• Entry requirements
• Many companies will be delisted
• Auditing companies will develop tools to monitor compliance
with the principles
• UNGC will become part of a broader framework for
business and human rights – “Protect, Respect and
Remedy” by John Ruggie
• Governments will use UNGC as a tool for corporate
reporting – Denmark and Norway already do this
