  • 2. HAIKU
    • Haiku 俳句 is a form of Japanese poetry , consisting of 17 moras (syllables), in three phrases of 5, 7, and 5 moras respectively.
    • Haiku typically contain a seasonal reference, and the topic is always related to nature.
    • They usually describe a landscape and involve diverse feelings such as nostalgia, pain, love, humour...

    • The goals of the project are:
    • - To deal with rhyme, rhythm and other phonetic concepts which would otherwise be outside the reach of my students.
    • To make a creative and artistic use of the English language, in order to express feelings.
    • To integrate language and images in order to design their works.
