General results- 209 registrations on Evenbrite (SPS 2: 204 registrations) o http://sharepointsaturdayvn.eventbrite.com/- 80 attendees the D-day (SPS 2: 83 attendees) o i.e. 38% of the registered people- 58 attendees answered our « Satisfaction survey » (SPS 2: 73 answers) o i.e. 73% of the audience 5

Event location: 98% of the audience is satisfied to very satisfied • Increase 9% of satisfaction compared with SPS#22. Room (size, chairs, screen): 95% are satisfied to very satisfied. • Increase 21% of satisfaction compared with SPS#23. Service (breakfast, drinks…): 88% of the audience is satisfied to very satisfied • Decrease 4% of satisfaction: there was no fruits and not enough croissants 6

Idea : a half day for technical topics (9-12h) and a half day for business topics (14-16h) 7

Need demonstration and practical examples o « need demo detail with video » o « demo is needed to be visual » o « share more practical cases, business cases» o « need more topics for sales & business man, end-user/IT-pro »2. Topics to discussion with public o « provide topics that should be talked to discussion on SPS website before making a speech » o « make a survey for which topics are the most interesting before giving the speech »3. More documents and information about the topics o « send agenda with the ticket – so the audience can know more details in advance » o « give information in detail of each subjects spoke on SPS website for review »4. For speakers: o « should discuss with audience, not just talk» The most repeated remark is for demo in detail with video 8
