We make sure you meet with the right people and extricate you fromconversations that are not useful, making the most of your time investment.Scope of Work Media Relations Package (see previous slide) Review conference attendance list 30-minute prep session prior to event Attendance at event to work room (length of engagement determines final price): • Find targets, steer you to them, introductions • Facilitate conversation, making sure you deliver key messages (or delivering them for you) • Help exit conversations that are not useful • Make sure you “close”: get to a next step – business card, permission to contact.
