Service levels Developing long-term relationships Through effective project planning at the beginning stage of a project we identify realistic dates when content needs to be supplied and proofs will be returned to our clients that enable delivery dates to be met. This will vary project to project depending on the size and scope of the task but in all cases it is done in consultation with the client. Things however do not always go to plan therefore we have a flexible approach to delivering projects on time. Once we commit to a project, should there be slippage on the plan, if it’s within our power to do so we’ll aim to make up the lost time. We also have a culture of participation which allows our clients to have direct access to our creative staff. In this culture of participation, customers become co-creators of a project.
