All Rights Reserved Pierce Communications. 2013 So where is it all heading? • Our digital worlds will become increasingly personalised and filtered. • We will be part of different communities on different platforms centred around shared interests & ideas. • Healthcare and industry will drastically change as a result of the Internet of Things. • All that data will be used to serve us more targeted advertising to fuel the Silicon Valley innovation machine. • But there is a backlash - we will increasingly want to re-take control over our own data, and begin to embrace anonymity & privacy technology.
