Blood testing available. Routine prescriptions processed through the mail. Veterans wishing to obtain services must first attend an informational meeting offered each Thursday at 1:00 PM, at the clinic, weather permitting. </li></ul>

  15. 15. Keep Track of Records <ul><li>Record your DD214 with your county clerks office . Your member 4 copy of your DD214 will be permanently recorded free of cost and can be retrieved at any date in the future. A certified copy will be provided to you upon request. </li></ul>

After making your request on-line a signature sheet must be forwarded by fax to the record center. This process has produced records in as few as 2 weeks. Help will be provided with your request by Workforce Veteran staff if needed. </li></ul>
