Primary Care services for veterans and specialty services including podiatry, optometry, Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program. and Diabetes and Hypertension Clinics. Blood testing available. Routine prescriptions processed through the mail. Veterans wishing to obtain services must first attend an informational meeting offered each Thursday at 1:00 PM, at the clinic, weather permitting. </li></ul>

  15. 15. Keep Track of Records <ul><li>Record your DD214 with your county clerks office . Your member 4 copy of your DD214 will be permanently recorded free of cost and can be retrieved at any date in the future. A certified copy will be provided to you upon request. </li></ul>
  16. 16. Request Lost Military Records <ul><li> </li></ul><ul><li>All military records can be requested through the above website including a copy of your DD214. After making your request on-line a signature sheet must be forwarded by fax to the record center. This process has produced records in as few as 2 weeks. Help will be provided with your request by Workforce Veteran staff if needed. </li></ul>
