Kabul Chawla, Managing Director, BPTP Limited has been in the forefront of the Indian real estate industry for many years. As a young first generation entrepreneur, with over a decade of experience, he has been the prime force in making BPTP Limited as one of India’s fastest growing and respected real estate company.
As the Managing Director, Mr. Chawla ensures that BPTP Limited achieves its strategic objectives and to provide leadership and direction. Under his leadership BPTP now owns a fully-paid-up land bank of over 2000 acres which is spread across Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Mohali and Hyderabad devoted towards multiple product category offerings such as residential & commercial complexes, retail space and 4 SEZs devoted to IT /ITES. One of his major achievements is BPTP's 'Parklands' project spread in over 1500 acres in Faridabad, which is a landmark project in integrated township development in NCR. BPTP Parklands is one of the most prestigious and ambitious projects of the company. The integrated township will have residential complexes, schools, shopping complexes and multiplex for the discerning customers.
Mr. Chawla’s unique vision, talent for business with a keen eye for emerging trends and goal-oriented approach has lead to the transition of BPTP Limited into a respected and influential company in a short span of time. Respected investors like the realty arm of Citibank, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan Chase have shown immense confidence in the growth trend of the company and have invested in company and BPTP’s projects.
Born and brought up in Karnal, Haryana, Mr. Chawla has been a self-learner with a keen sense of business. Married and a father of a son, Mr. Chawla is a keen sports enthusiast and a voracious reader. For Mr. Chawla the real mantra for success lies in recognizing the importance of how one wins along with what one wins.
