  • In 2009/10 15 tonnes of grain was milled and ended up on the floor. With forecast of increased production, this would have increased.Boiler – pretty important to brewing process, but boiler relatively old and water wasn’t being treated -> fouling of surfaces and boiler automatically shutting down. In process of getting quotes to reinstate water treatment systems and return boiler to design efficiencies.
