8. 8. Content Providers
various and they do change
OneSource publishes some data
the majority of the content is from other information providers and is licensed by OneSource

including Thomson Reuters, Graham & Whiteside, RM Group, Business Monitor, Datamonitor, (Industry Profiles), Freedonia, GlobalData, Experian, Dun & Bradstreet.

Access for Ashridge
On-site and off-site:
‘Custom Logon Solution’ provided by OneSource: IP address/token authentication
we have rolling token authentication which allows for concurrent accesses up to a pre-negotiated limit
Shibbolethcompliant.
9. 9. What we like…
Easy to use (homepage is uncluttered and user-friendly)
Suits our executive education participants (ie one-time users with limited time)
Good for top-line company information
Data presentation and download - straightforward
One-stop report
Peer analysis tools (adequate for MBAs’ first finance assignment)
Customer support is good, and on occasions, impressive (egLiveSupport)
Online tutorials.
10. 10. What we dislike…
Recent loss of Investext broker reports
Rolling token authentication - no meaningful usage statistics by user group
American bias in its coverage particularly industry data
Some search options are a little hidden, including market research and broker report searching.
Navigation on the peer analysis tool – can be a little cumbersome.
