PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME Utilise the individual and combined power of the peopleemployed by the business to contribute something back to thelocal communities in which we do business Engage all of our employees by supporting their own chosencharities and projects in their local communities Encourage employees to engage with each other to developand progress projects which are fun, worthwhile, and notdirectly work-related

SUCCESS ACHIEVED BY OUR PEOPLE £4.5 million donated since 2007 Over 800 charitable causes supported 85% of charities are local community causes Our employees reach out to over 130 areas in the UK 70% of employees are engaged in at least one element of the programme 7-year sponsorship commitment to the Princes Trust – Fairbridge programme 1,500 young people have benefited from this commitment Our people give 13,000 hours of their time to local causes each year All of these causes benefit from match funding opportunities
