    • BISOL premium mounting solutions for photovoltaics combine superior design and durability for extremely easy installation and long-termperformance. Only carefully selected, high-quality materials are used: all quick-mounting rails are made of aluminium EN-AW 6063 T66, and allroof attachments are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304).The load carrying capacity of all understructure elements is calculated in accordance with the European EC Eurocode standard under the followingconditions: • Height above sea level: 400 m (1,312) • Snow load zone: A2 • Wind load zone: 2 • Building height: max. 12 m (9 4") • Roof pitch: 30° • Solar panel weight: 18.5 kg (40 lbs) • Standard BISOL module size: 1,649 × 991 × 40 mm (64.92" x 39.02" x 1.575")In addition to the above-mentioned standard conditions, all BISOL rails can be used in any snow or wind load zone. Depending on the snow andwind load zones, the maximum span of profiles may differ.
    • QUICK-MOUNTING RAIL BISOL 40 Product code: SE-KST-P00001BISOL 40 quick-mounting rail is the universal solution for all mounting situations anda key element of all support structures for photovoltaic modules. Its design guaranteesquick installation of fastening clips. The rail is attached to the supporting understructurevia standard M10 bolts. • MOUNTING THE PV MODULES ONTO THE BISOL 40 QUICK-MOUNTING RAILSBISOL photovoltaic modules should always be attached to the standard BISOL 40 quick-mounting rails which allow for easy and quick mounting ofthe PV modules. With the innovative click-system, no pre-drilling is necessary as the fixing elements can be inserted directly into the mounting rail.Mounting of photovoltaic modules onto the BISOL 40 quick-mounting railsInserting square nuts into the BISOL 40 quick-mounting rail Attaching clamps onto the BISOL 40 quick-mounting rail
    • BISOL 80 QUICK-MOUNTING RAIL Product code: SE-KST-B0011BISOL 80 quick-mounting rail is suitable for large span buildings and sites where greater loads areexpected. It is also the basis for mounting the BISOL triangular understructure. Material EN-AW 6063 (DT) T66 Cross-sectional area A 7.21 cm2 Moment of inertia Iy 64.8 cm4 Moment of inertia Iz 20.0 cm4 Section modulus Wy 19.5 cm3 Section modulus Wz 11.0 cm3 Elastic limit (fy) 200 MPa Tensile strength (fu) 240 MPa Modulus of elasticity (E) 7 x 104 MPa Maximum span 2.30 m
    • L-SHAPE SECTIONS 60/60/4 Product code: SE-KST-B0018BISOL 60/60/4 aluminium angle sections are the basis for BISOL triangular understructures which are suitable for flat roofs. Such L-shapeunderstructures are lightweight, robust and extremely adaptable. BISOL L-shape sections can be used for several different types of triangleunderstructures, depending on the roof characteristics. Material EN-AW 6063 (DT) T66 Cross-sectional area A 4.64 cm2 Moment of inertia Iy 16.31 cm4 Moment of inertia Iz 16.31 cm4 Section modulus Wy 9.22 cm3 Section modulus Wz 9.22 cm3 Elastic limit (fy) 200 MPa Tensile strength (fu) 240 MPa Modulus of elasticity (E) 7 x 104 MPa Maximum span 1.30 m Example of L-shape understructure
    • CONNECTOR FOR BISOL 80 QUICK-MOUNTING RAILS Product code: SE-KST-B0010 The connector for BISOL 80 quick-mounting rails serves as a connecting element between two BISOL 80 quick-mounting rails. For a seamless connection, the connector is placed inside the mounting rail.CONNECTOR FOR BISOL 40 QUICK-MOUNTING RAIL Product code: SE-KST-B0016 The connector for BISOL 40 quick-mounting rail is used as a connecting element between two BISOL 40 quick-mounting rails. The connector is placed over a M10 bolt connection without any pre-drilling.

    • MOUNTING BRACKET FOR TRAPEZOIDAL SHEET METAL ROOFS Product code: Project specific The stainless steel bracket, which attaches to the trapezoidal sheet metal roofing via 5.5 x 25 mm (1") self-locking screws, is equipped with butyl tape insulation at the bottom for better contact between the bracket and roofing, resulting in an excellent waterproof seal.
    • ROOF FASTENING SCREW FOR PITCHED ROOFS (trapezoidal and waveshape sheet metal roofs) Product code: Project specific The roof fastening screw is attached to the wooden understructure through the roofing. The thread of the screw allows for the height adjustment of the plate which is attached to BISOL mounting rails, while the hexagonal head of the fastener enables easy installation using only a cordless screwdriver. Attaching the roof fastener for pitched roofs on a bitumen roof with additional sealingCROSS CONNECTOR Product code: SE-KST-B0006 The stainless steel cross connector is used to connect the two intersecting mounting rails. With the bolt connection, no pre-drilling is necessary.
    • BISOL PLASTIC BASE Product code: SE-KST-B0030 The innovative plastic base was developed specifically for use with BISOL photovoltaic modules. The base allows for the construction of an aerodynamic structure without having to penetrate the roof, and is particularly suitable for flat roofs. Its design reflects an expert understanding of the laws of thermodynamics, providing more efficient cooling of the photovoltaic modules. Made of UV-resistant polyethylene of high density, these bases exhibit good mechanical properties at high and low temperatures. BISOL plastic base weighs much less than the typical aluminium parts and is extremely easy to install. Thus, the weight and costs of the base can be reduced by up to 20%, while the time it takes to set it up can be reduced by more than 80%. The base is stackable for easy transport - 40 pieces can fit onto a standard palette. The inclination of the PV-module with regard to the roof is 12,5° which enables the optimum ratio between the energy yield and the number of PV-modules on the roof. Bases ready for transport
    • INSTALLING BISOL PLASTIC BASESBISOL plastic bases can be linked together laterally and longitudinally by using 50/50/5 mm (2.0"/2.0"/0.2") aluminium brackets, giving the powerplant greater homogeneity on the roof so as to provide for better resistance against the atmospheric influences. In the case of larger wind loadson exposed zones (e.g. roof edges), the plastic base can be loaded with extra ballast to ensure the stability of the structure in unfavourable windconditions (wind gusts). • ALUMINIUM TRIANGULAR UNDERSTRUCTURE Product code: Project specific The aluminium triangular understructure is constructed from L-shape sections, and is suitable for flat roofs. Such understructures are extremely flexible, as they allow for inclination adjustment of the understructure and the number of modules in height, while the bolts connections reduce the necessary installation time and save the costs of welding. The triangular understructure can easily be integrated with other BISOL elements. In addition to the custom-made triangular understructures, prefabricated BISOL triangular understructures are also available. The prefabricated triangular understructure with riveted joints further reduces the costs and time of installation. For protection against strong winds, the aluminium triangular understructure can be equipped with the specially designed windshield, allowing the installation of structures on locations with higher wind loads.
