colleagues have planned investigators’ meetings for me both in the U.S. and in Europe.
R-events does an incredible amount of pre-work, even before being awarded the contract, to be
sure the venue chosen suits both the size of the meeting and the areas from which the attendees are
traveling. I have always had several venues to choose from, at all price points. Included are
options for on-site and off-site meals and entertainment, if required. R-events has always tailored
the event to meet the budget restrictions of my company.
All meetings are arranged and run with the utmost professionalism. I have always received
numerous compliments from the attendees, and from presenters representing other vendors for the
study. The hotels chosen are high quality and an excellent value, all due to the relationships r-
events has with many hotels worldwide and also due to their ability to negotiate better prices. The
meeting rooms are set up to my exact specifications, including all necessary audio-visual equipment.
The personnel from r-events will work many hours each day to be sure everything is prepared,
including printing and assembling all of the necessary paperwork for the study into binders. They
work overtime to resolve any problems that arise, including missed or canceled flights, and, from

Travel arrangements for all attendees are personalized. Travel documents arrive in perfect order,
with nice touches, such as maps of the city included in the travel wallets.
I have worked with other meeting planning companies, and I would say that r-events arranges the
highest quality meetings, with the best pricing. I recommend them highly and would be happy to
