BONONIA 2200 – The invisible cityto celebrate the 2200 years from the foundation of the Roman settlementpromoted by the Archeological Museum of Bologna BONONIA 2200 – The invisible city is a project presented by the Civic Museums Institution of Bologna on the occasion of the launch of a national funding competition. A co-ordinated work between BAM and the museum staff was carried out as to develop the logical structure of the project, draw the action plan, manage the economical sustainability aspects and compile the application for financial founding.

BAM! coordinates the network of partners and boost the participation of local creative businesses. BAM! organizes training and networking events.

ArtLabDebate on Cultural Managementorganised by FitzcarraldoArtLab is a space where cultural operators, public and private managers, artists and sponsors can meet and discuss thepresent situation.BAM! handled the live communication of ArtLab during the whole week of meetings and events. Social networks,microblogging, photo and video interviews with participants: a new way for narrating ArtLab 2011 was presented, henceopening up to interaction and participation of a wider audience.

T DaysInvolving citizens in territorial identity buildingpromoted by the Municipality of Bologna T Days are weekends where the access to the central “T” area of Bologna is closed down to anyone but pedestrians and cyclists. BAM! built the identity of the event and designed a communication startegy based on a combination of traditional and 2.0 tools. BAM! organized the participation building process to actively involve the citizenship, launching the #TDays Contest.Bologna Winner - European Mobility Week Award 2011
