  • 7. FACT• For behavioural change to be truly effective, it has to be all encompassing.• It must be applied in all areas of the business, not just at the operative level.
  • 8. What do you want to achieve?• How clear is the message what you want to achieve?• How do you communicate your vision?• Are your initiatives always followed through?• Would your employees agree with you?

  • 14. How do you ‘Sell’ safety?• We want a lower AFR• We want less Lost Time Accidents• We want less RIDDOR’s• We want less negative PR• We want to improve safety performance• WE is generally management!

  • 16. FACT• Employees will ‘Buy-in’ to ideas once they have been ‘sold’ to correctly• They will not do things because you want them to, but because they see the benefits of doing it within themselves-SELF SUPERVISING
