If anyone owns a rotisserie they should purchase this book. This
cookbook not only gives you some very helpful advice when using the
rotisserie but it also has wonderful recipes. The cookbook that I received
with my rotisserie wasn't helpful at all but this book is great. I have made a
wonderful Tuscan pork roast and chicken breasts that were out of this
world. As far as I am concerned, so far this book is worth the money. I
even purchased this cookbook and a rotisserie as a Christmas gift for my
son and his family and he was able to make a wonderful roasted chicken
