chambers, and even a rat-filled dungeon. With the love of Princess Pea
and the friendship of a unique rat named Roscuro, Despereaux finds the
courage of a knight in shining armor.
Kate DiCamillos literary classic about Despereaux Tilling has enchanted

Personal Review: The Tale of Despereaux Movie Tie-In Reader:
No Ordinary Mouse by Candlewick Press
This was my grandson's first exposure to comic books as it took the movie
he'd seen, and the story he'd had as a read aloud and put it in another
form. He curled up on the couch and read it cover to cover in an evening.
The author did a nice job catching the action of the story and the
illustrations are enchanting.
Bravo.
