I am a tasty meal lover (meet, spaghetti, bread, potato, sweets etc. - my favorite food). I was afraid of going on any diet that lacks a good meet taste (mainly garden variety, especially steamed one).
I am a tasty meal lover (meet, spaghetti, bread, potato, sweets etc. - my favorite food). I was afraid of going on any diet that lacks a good meet taste (mainly garden variety, especially steamed one). And, yes, I am (was) 240 lbs thin:). When my doctor recommended South Beach, I though yeh, sure, but decided to give it a trial. Now, week and a half later, I am 230 lbs (10 lbs less and keep going down). What is positive - the recipes are good to feel the greens tasty and they do have meat and fish and I almost do not recall my attractions to carbohydrate type dishes, not yet, at least . What is not that good - you need to have almost full time cook in your kitchen to be able to keep those very diverse meals coming.
