These recipes really are quick to prepare. I like the way most of them
taste, and will say these recipes are an improvement from the recipes in
the original book. Being from New Orleans, my taste buds are hyper-
critical and I can't say that they are absolutely deliciously wonderful. But
by eating healthy I've dropped 14 pounds in 3 months and only have 3
more to loose before I reach my goal and start phase 3. I use this book
almost daily and I have other South Beach recipe books that I bought and
use. And if I want to eat a fried shrimp poboy, dressed, with mayo and hot
sauce, I know that I can, as long as I choose wisely the rest of the month!
