I'm always a little weary of buying "diet" books of any sort but I knew I had to kick my butt in my gear and luckily this was the kickstart I needed. While I still struggle with my relationship with food, its an on-going battle that I'm beginning to see myself winning. Not only has the hypnosis helped me stay motivated to eat healthier and exercise but it has helped me achieve a more positive image of myself. Another bonus is my vocabulary has expanded (thanks to the hypnosis), all the words I read are now making it out of my mouth.
    2. I have found myself with a definite interest in reading and exploring the world of health and fitness. As far as actual weight loss goes I've lost 40lbs, (from my pre-pregnancy weight, 70lbs total if you count the baby weight too) so far. Its been 10 months since the baby was born and I have 25 more lbs to go to be bikini ready!
