I read the 1994 version, which hopefully is the same as this one.

It's about time someone cleared the air on the no-lordship heresy. The
prequel to The Gospel According to the Apostles, this book quotes plenty
througout church history in Appendix 2. I won't go into the details--read
both books for yourself.
I've read hundreds of books in my life, and these two are probably the two
most important besides the Bible.
