Personal Review: The Complete Idiots Guide to Music
Composition by Michael Miller
This is possibly the greatest book on music composition ever written. Don't
let the title decieve you, this book breaks the material down whereas a five
year old can understand it (so to speak). One should have a basic
understnding of chords and music theory ( it would give one a jump in
implementing the material covered , but not really all that necessary). I
highly and I repeat, I hioghly recommend and endorse this book for all
musicians interested in composition, for all singer's and or song writers
especially the latter. Two thumbs up!!!!
