Surviving the Second Great
Depression: How to Take Advantage
of the Government That Is Trying to
Take Advantage of You by JSB Morse
Good Synopsis, Clever Ways To Capitalize On The Current System
Double-digit unemployment. Housing prices plummeting. One of the
largest stock market crashes in history. Theres no doubt that were in a
serious economic crisis, perhaps even the Second Great Depression.
Many in the federal government want you to be afraid of economic
collapse so that they can take advantage of American workers with more
taxes, more debt, and earmarks coming out of their ears. Whats worse,
Congress is pushing government solutions to problems that government
actually created-a vicious cycle that needs to end. Until we can return to a
fiscally sound government, theres only one thing we can do with this
economic situation: capitalize on it. You can do so by taking advantage of
low interest rates, government stimulus programs, and inflation of the U.S.
Dollar. You can also obtain government grants, take unemployment
money, and start a business to reduce your tax obligations. And if all else
fails, you can take your business offshore. This book will show you how to
do all of that and more in easy step-by-step techniques. Stop being afraid
of another economic depression and start taking advantage of the
government that is trying to take advantage of you!
Personal Review: Surviving the Second Great Depression: How
to Take Advantage of the Government That Is Trying to Take
Advantage of You by JSB Morse
"Surviving" is along the lines of a number of books recently released
(Meltdown, Gimme My Money Back, Liberty and Tyranny) that give an
explanation of how the US got into this current financial "crisis". Morse
does put a unique twist with a history going back to the late 1800s showing
that we had economic depressions since banks started dominating
finance. But government didn't have to put up massive bailouts or stimulus
plans back then and we still got out of the mess. Now, however, we have
all these government inventions (like the Fed and income tax) to prevent
economic depressions and it looks like not only did the government
prevent downturns, it made them worse!
After the history, Morse goes into ways to capitalize on the current system-
including taking advantage of stimulus, getting grants, going on
unemployment, and taking your business offshore if all else fails. This is a
clever book and one that you should get soon before the recovery is in
your rear view mirror!
