I ordered several guide books on London (Frommer's, Lonely Planet, etc.)
but this was the only book I used during my 10-day stay recently. Rick
Steves has listed everything you need to know about the main attractions
in London (how to get there by public transportation, opening/closing
times, what to see when you get there, where to stay, where to dine) and

even includes several walking tours he guides you through step-by-step. I
tore out pages and took them with me so I wouldn't have to carry the book
everywhere -- didn't want to leave my hotel without his suggestions! Don't
waste your money with the other books -- I wish I hadn't!
