on the subject that I have encountered. I only wish that it was available
when I first started my work in Appreciative Inquiry. It is easy to
understand. Lays out a usable process, has wonderful stories that
illustrate the principles and concepts. It is a terrific "handbook" for people
just learning about Appreciative Inquiry, those who want a reference book
and those that wish to get re-acquainted with the subject. It is a must for
anyone who is interested in Appreciative Inquiry.
