Personal Review: Photographing Children Photo Workshop:
Develop Your Digital Photography Talent by Ginny Felch
Having just completed a beginning digital photography class, this book
would have been an excellent resource for me and everyone in the class.
Reading it after taking the class has reinforced what I learned and a whole
lot more. I especially like the tables in Chapter 2 that help you decide on
shutter speed and ISO settings, depending on movement and lighting
situations. As an amateur photographer, I know I will be referring to them
often. All of the photos are beautiful, include shooting information (shutter
speed, aperture, and ISO) and have inspired me to want to get better!
Every chapter is packed with valuable, detailed information in a reader
friendly format. My highlighter got a good work out! If you want to improve
your photos by going beyond the auto mode setting on your camera you
ought to read this book!
