Pelvic Power: Mind/Body Exercises for Strength, Flexibility, Posture, and Balance for Men and Women by Eric Franklin - Presentation Transcript

    1. Pelvic Power: Mind/Body Exercises for Strength, Flexibility, Posture, and Balance for Men and Women by Eric Franklin Strong Pelvis, Strong Body Combining scientific principles with movement and imagery exercises that are both effective and fun, this book demonstrates how to create a stronger body by toning the pelvic floor. Focusing on the biomechanics of the pelvic floor, which acts as a support for the inner organs and contains a passage for the urethra, the sex organs, and the rectum, this guide shows how the pelvic floor plays an important role in almost all movements, balance, and body posture. The exercises train the muscles and joints and improve the tone of the organs, thereby increasing energy flow, eliminating incontinence, and keeping sexual organs healthy. The mind-body techniques are used to increase awareness of this part of the body and to improve sexual stamina.
    2. Personal Review: Pelvic Power: Mind/Body Exercises for Strength, Flexibility, Posture, and Balance for Men and Women by Eric Franklin When i first got this book I was really excited but I found it hard to keep up with. I put it down for a few months. When I picked it up again, I made sure to do all the exercises while I read them, I immediately knew that was my problem. I think people that have not liked this book didnt' because it is very specific, the movements are very subtle and they dont have the patience to reread the same page over and over again. I find that when I do the exercises I still start with ex no. 1 and work my way through them one at a time. Someday I may not have to do that, but not for now I do since there is so much concentration needed. I highly recommend this to all people, but know that it takes yes, effort!
